Shipping policy
Where we ship
The United States and Canada. If your address is elsewhere, checkout will not be able to complete — please email us before you spend time filling in a record.
What it costs
- Standard shipping, with a tracking number: $5.95.
- Free on orders of $75 or more.
How long it takes
Each record is engraved after you order it, so the clock that matters starts when you approve the proof, not when you pay. From that approval, allow about two weeks for engraving, plus carrier transit.
That figure is provisional while we finalise the workshop, and it is an estimate rather than a promise. If your record is going to take materially longer we will email you before the two weeks are up, and you can cancel for a full refund at that point.
Anniversaries
If the homecoming day you are marking falls inside the next three weeks, say so when you order and we will flag the file. We will not guarantee a date we have not yet proven we can hit.
Addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you and send it again once at no charge.
Orders to Canada
The price you pay at checkout covers the record and its shipping. It does not include any duty or import tax Canadian customs may charge when the parcel arrives. If anything is charged on delivery, it is charged by them rather than by us.
